By using Panzlab, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with these terms, please don't use our platform. Continued use means you accept any updates we make. These terms create a binding agreement between you and Panzlab. You confirm you have the authority to enter this agreement.

To use Panzlab features, create an account and agree to: • Provide accurate, current information • Keep your account details updated • Secure your login credentials • Report unauthorized access immediately • Take responsibility for all account activity Don't: • Create multiple accounts • Share accounts • Use automated registration • Use offensive or trademark-infringing names • Impersonate others We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The following are strictly forbidden: Prohibited Content: • Explicit pornographic material • Content promoting illegal activities • Hate speech or harassment • Spam or advertisements • Malicious software • Copyright infringement • Non-creative work submissions Prohibited Behavior: • AI-generated reviews • Harassment or bullying • False information or impersonation • System manipulation • Security circumvention Violations result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

Ownership: You own all creative work you submit. Panzlab doesn't claim ownership. Reviews: Feedback you provide becomes part of our collaborative platform. Reviews help the community grow. Responsibility: You're responsible for all content you submit: • Ensuring you have rights to submit • Following all applicable laws • Accuracy of claims • Appropriate content warnings Moderation: We may review, modify, or remove content violating our terms or community standards.

Your Termination: Delete your account anytime through settings or by contacting support. Your data will be deleted per our retention policy. Our Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for: • Terms violations • Prohibited conduct • Extended inactivity in groups • Service discontinuation • Legal requirements Effects: • Platform access revoked • Content may be removed • Outstanding obligations remain • Some terms survive termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANZLAB WON'T BE LIABLE FOR: Direct Damages: • Lost profits or revenue • Business interruption • Data loss • Service costs Indirect Damages: • Consequential damages • Incidental damages • Punitive damages • Special damages Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to $100 USD or amounts paid in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater. These limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if we've been advised of potential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations. Where prohibited, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing Law: California state law governs these Terms, without conflict of law provisions. Jurisdiction: Disputes are subject to California state and federal courts in Los Angeles County. Arbitration: Claims under $10,000 may use binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved individually, not in class actions. Informal Resolution: Contact support@panzlab.com before formal proceedings to attempt resolution. Time Limit: Bring claims within one year or they're barred.
